Groundbreaking Ceremony for the TAIZA Project
On March 25, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the TAIZA Project was successfully held.

The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Mr. Shiomi, Director General of the Kyoto Prefectural Tango Regional Promotion Bureau; Mr. Nakayama, Mayor of Kyotango City; Mr. Nakano, Chairperson of the Kyotango City Council; Mr. Tamoi, Chairperson of the Tango Textile Industrial Association; and Mr. Gyoji, Chairperson of the Kyotango City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We were also honored by the presence of the Taiza District Head, local residents, and numerous members of the press.

The traditional Shinto ritual to pray for construction safety was performed by the local Takeno Shrine. Following the ceremony, Avraham Lugasi, Representative Director of REVIVE Co., Ltd., delivered a speech expressing our sincere gratitude to everyone in attendance.
When Lugasi first visited the Tango region, he encountered artisans at a textile workshop creating Raden (mother-of-pearl) woven obi belts. He was deeply moved by their exquisite craftsmanship and the beauty of their work.
As he continued to bring visitors to the Tango and Taiza areas, his appreciation deepened through repeated exposure to the stunning historical streetscapes, the exceptional local cuisine, and the breathtaking natural scenery. Through these activities, he had the privilege of connecting with the local community. A chance meeting with Mr. Eiichi Nakae, Representative of Nakaken Textile, sparked the initial vision for the TAIZA Project.
In his speech, Lugasi expressed his heartfelt thanks, reflecting on how the project reached this milestone thanks to the years of dedication from all stakeholders and the warm understanding and cooperation of the local residents.
While the project has only just begun, we feel we have made an excellent start. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who attended the ceremony and to those who sent supportive messages online.
Our team is now united in our commitment to ensuring the safe and successful completion of the construction. We humbly ask for your continued support and cooperation as we move forward.
